Don't be afraid of differences. Or, even better: make use of those differences. What makes the real difference is how you deal with difference.
In every organisation it's important how people work together to reach a goal and the interaction of personalities as they do this. What can one person do for another, how do they influence each other and what is the resulting effect on everyone's contribution?
Cooperation entails enthusiasm, inspiration and energy, but also clashes, conflicts and 'allergies'. Elements that can make cooperation excel or make it fall apart. Team building deals with insight into the dynamics within the team and hence also involves optimising cooperation.
And what about the effect on the whole organisation? Motivated staff, more effective cooperation and communication and better company results. What's more, less absenteeism, less staff turnover and more loyalty to the organisation.
The two- or three-day Team Building programme is placed in the context of optimising cooperation with each other and consists of several elements.

Events and the state of affairs now, in the past and the future are all important subjects of investigation. We will link this context to the desired result and the goal of the team building programme. Based on this meeting we will make a proposal for the tailor-made part of the team building programme.
After the team building programme, every team member will have gained insight into:
