“Our cooperation with iScreen began two years ago. I was looking for a tool for our Management Development programme that we could use in easily, to facilitate a good discussion about cooperation, communication with each other and insight into each other's motivations. Combined with a systems dynamics approach to our organisation, iScreen's tools and training programmes proved to be a very successful choice! Dialogue occurred in a constructive manner and the common language created immediate understanding. This laid the foundation for a broader-ranging introduction to the management support and staff and the management team.
At the end of 2015 we started to introduce Humanitas DMH's guiding vision to all 80 teams. Each team follows five workshops, in which entrepreneurial and self-organisational skills are essential core values. Initially we start with the iScreen's interaction styles and the character profile within a team, because if you understand each other better and you are allowed to use your energy to work, cooperation is much more fun!"

iScreen supports all team managers in developing their personal power and personal leadership. In cooperation with UWise, we spend time on personal challenges and team themes. By making use of various working methods (formations, individual assignments, group assignments, silent assignments, discussions, play mat), problematical issues were brought to the surface, discussed and resolved. We actively worked towards increasing mutual trust. Openness and vulnerability grew at each session and represented real-life steps in personal growth and cooperation with each other. Feeling free to express personal wishes and needs and to discuss them openly with other members of the team has become a newly-acquired habit.
During the MD programme, the need soon arose to also support the regional managers and the MT in the organisational changes. By making use of the same supporting tools and methods of working, we also created more openness, trust and mutual understanding at this level. Above all, the MT and team managers became closer to each other because they learned to speak the same language. Sharing each other's insecurities and seeing each other's strengths became easier.
Humanitas DMH has embraced the challenge and transformed its organisation into self-organising teams. 35 internal change management coaches have been trained by iScreen to actively start working with individual preferred profiles (Interaction Style and Character Profiles) within the teams. They are also implementing the tools at team level to give an insight into team dynamics, blind spots and strengths.
Since then, 1,300 Humanitas DMH members of staff have gained an insight into their personal strengths and qualities and all 80 teams have gone through the process at group level!
Humanitas DMH's most recent step related to iScreen's activities is to implement our tools when taking on new members of staff. The recruitment and selection advisor and the HR advisors are trained in interpreting test results and conducting effective selection interviews. In this way Humanitas DMH has chosen for an integrated approach: from recruitment to team development, everyone speaks the same language and they make a maximum ROI on developing potential!
