Our approach consists of two parts:
In this element participants fill in two questionnaires online: Interaction Style and Character Profile. This provides information regarding team culture, methods of working, qualities, behavioural preferences and the key value of each participant to the team.
In two computer-based training modules, participants are given an explanation of the Interaction Style and Character Profile models so that they learn to understand the meaning of their own results. In addition, this knowledge also provides them with insight into other people's communication styles.
